The MRFE6VP6600N is a high-power N-channel RF power field-effect transistor (FET) designed for use in applications such as broadcast transmitters, industrial heating, plasma generation, and RF energy systems. It operates in the frequency range of 500 MHz to 600 MHz and can deliver a peak output power of up to 600 watts with a gain of 22 dB.This transistor is built using Freescale's Gen7 LDMOS technology, which offers high linearity and efficiency, making it ideal for demanding RF power amplification requirements. It features a rugged design with excellent thermal stability and high voltage handling capabilities, ensuring reliable performance in harsh operating conditions.The MRFE6VP6600N is housed in a metal/ceramic package and features integrated ESD protection, output matching, and bias circuitry, simplifying the design process and reducing external components.
