The MC9S12B128 is a microcontroller unit (MCU) produced by NXP Semiconductors. It is part of the HCS12 family of 16-bit MCUs and features a 16-bit central processing unit (CPU) core with a max speed of 25 MHz. The MCU has 128 KB of flash memory for program storage and 4 KB of RAM for data storage.The MC9S12B128 also includes a range of peripherals to support various applications. It has an 8-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 10-bit resolution, as well as multiple timers and pulse-width modulation (PWM) modules for controlling motors and other devices. The MCU also features serial communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, and I2C.In terms of packaging, the MC9S12B128 is available in a 112-pin LQFP package, making it suitable for a wide range of applications where size and pin count are important factors.
