The MRF644 is a high-power NPN silicon transistor designed for RF power amplification in the UHF frequency range. This transistor is primarily used in applications such as mobile radio transmitters, amateur radio equipment, and industrial RF systems.The MRF644 has a maximum operating frequency of 500 MHz and offers a power output of up to 60 watts in a single-ended configuration.
