The MC33099 is a quad high-speed, low-power voltage comparator designed for use in industrial, automotive, and telecommunication applications. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 36V and has a low input bias current of 2.5nA. This comparator features a response time of 395ns, making it suitable for high-speed signal processing applications.The MC33099 has a common-mode input voltage range that includes the negative supply rail, making it ideal for single supply applications. It is also designed with an open-drain output, allowing for convenient interfacing with microcontrollers and other digital logic circuits. The output stage is capable of sinking and sourcing up to 25mA, providing flexibility in driving external loads.This comparator is designed with built-in hysteresis to prevent unwanted oscillations and noise in the output signal. The MC33099 also features a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
