詳細說明
The HEF40373 is an octal transparent latch with 3-state outputs. It is a CMOS integrated circuit that contains eight D-type transparent latches with asynchronous set/reset inputs. Each latch has a data input (D), a clock input (CP), a set input (S), a reset input (R), and a 3-state output (Q). The latch is transparent when the latch enable (LE) input is high, allowing the data input to pass through to the output when the clock input is high. The latch is latched when the latch enable input is low, holding the last data input value at the output.The HEF40373 has a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 15V and can drive up to 15 mA of output current. It is suitable for a variety of applications in digital systems, such as data storage, address latching, and bus interfacing. The 3-state outputs allow multiple devices to be connected to a common bus without contention, enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of the system.
