TRC105 is an exciting novel antibody that has shown great potential in targeting CD105, a protein found on tumor blood vessels. As a potential treatment for advanced solid tumors and metastatic breast cancer, it has demonstrated the ability to inhibit tumor blood vessel growth and disrupt the tumor microenvironment. Early clinical trials have yielded promising results, with some patients experiencing tumor shrinkage and prolonged disease stability when treated with TRC105 in combination with standard chemotherapy or other targeted therapies. While common side effects such as fatigue, nausea, and low blood counts have been reported, the overall safety profile of TRC105 is considered acceptable
