Employing an NMOS pass element in a voltage-follower configuration, this regulator offers stability with output capacitors of low ESR or even without a capacitor. It provides high reverse blockage and constant ground pin current across all output current values. The advanced BiCMOS process ensures high precision and low dropout voltages, making it ideally suited for portable applications. With current consumption of less than 1 µA when not in use, the TPS73233DCQ is well-suited for energy-efficient applications. Moreover, its exceptionally low output noise makes it perfect for powering VCOs. Thermal shutdown and foldback current limit offer protection, ensuring reliable performance under various conditions
