The TPS2376PW is your go-to solution for high-power PoE applications, offering a highly integrated and IEEE 802.3bt-compliant Power over Ethernet (PoE) controller. Supporting both Type 3 and Type 4 PoE applications, it is capable of delivering up to 71.3W and 99W of power, respectively, to the powered device (PD). Equipped with an integrated 750mA/55V hot swap FET, the device efficiently manages power delivery, reducing external component count and saving precious PCB space. It provides comprehensive protection features such as input undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overcurrent protection (OCP), and overtemperature protection (OTP), ensuring safe operation in a variety of conditions. Additionally, the TPS2376PW incorporates a flexible interface with programmable startup and operating parameters, allowing customization to meet specific system requirements. Its wide input voltage range and robust design make it suitable for a range of PoE applications, such as wireless access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones, among others.
