With a 1.0 GHz C66x fixed- and floating-point CPU core, 40 GMAC per core for fixed point, and 20 GFLOP per core for floating point at 1.0 GHz, this DSP delivers impressive processing power. Additionally, it features a Multicore Shared Memory Controller (MSMC) with 1024KB MSM SRAM memory, memory protection unit, Multicore Navigator, hardware accelerators, and a comprehensive set of peripherals including SRIO 2.1, PCIe Gen2, HyperLink, Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) subsystem, DDR3 interface, universal parallel port, UART interfaces, McBSPs, I2C interface, GPIO pins, SPI interface, semaphore module, timers, and on-chip PLLs.
