詳細說明
The TL2844 control integrated circuit is a versatile and efficient solution for off-line or DC-to-DC current-mode control applications. With a minimal number of external components required, this IC offers a range of internally implemented circuits to enhance its performance. These include an undervoltage lockout with a start-up current of less than 1 mA, a precision reference for accuracy, logic for latched operation, a PWM comparator for current-limit control, and a totem-pole output stage designed to handle high-peak current. The output stage is optimized for driving N-channel MOSFETs and maintains a low off-state. This level of integration and functionality makes the TL2844 an attractive option for applications where space and efficiency are paramount concerns
