The TC9307AF is a high-speed MOS digital integrated circuit that was manufactured by Toshiba. It is specifically designed to be used as a single chip quad operational amplifier, providing four separate amplifiers in a single package. Each amplifier has a unity gain bandwidth of 50MHz and a slew rate of 40V/µs, making it suitable for high-speed signal processing applications.The TC9307AF operates on a wide range of power supply voltages, from ±4V to ±18V, and has a low input offset voltage of 1mV and a low input bias current of 50nA maximum. The output voltage swing of the amplifier goes from the negative supply voltage to the positive supply voltage, making it suitable for various analog signal processing tasks.In terms of performance, the TC9307AF offers excellent overall precision and stability, with a low input noise voltage of 9nV/√Hz typical. It also has a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ensuring reliable and accurate amplification of input signals.
