It boasts an ingenious interlocking mechanism, ensuring the high and low switches of each half-bridge cannot be simultaneously activated, enhancing operational safety and reliability. Internally, a savvy DC/DC buck converter generates a stable 3.3 V voltage, catering to both the MCU and external components. Complementing this, an integrated LDO linear regulator caters to the gate drivers' supply voltage needs
