ST1S03 is a DC-DC step-down converter manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a high-efficiency voltage regulator designed for powering various electronic devices in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. This converter operates with an input voltage range of 4.3V to 18V and provides an output voltage adjustable from 0.85V to VIN with an accuracy of ±2%. It has a fixed switching frequency of 1.2MHz, which helps in reducing the size of external components and achieving high efficiency. ST1S03 is capable of delivering up to 3A of output current with an efficiency of up to 97%, enabling it to meet the power requirements of a wide range of applications. It also features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout to ensure safe and reliable operation.The converter is housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm DFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
