RF2162 is a highly integrated, high-performance RF amplifier designed for use in a variety of applications including mobile devices, wireless infrastructure, and industrial equipment. It operates in the frequency range of 50MHz to 4000MHz, providing excellent performance across a wide range of frequencies.This RF amplifier features a single-stage design with internally matched 50Ω input and output ports, making it easy to integrate into existing RF systems. It offers a gain of 15dB, with a noise figure of 2.5dB, ensuring high signal amplification while minimizing unwanted noise. The RF2162 also has a high linearity, with an output 1dB compression point of 22dBm, making it suitable for use in demanding RF signal chains.In terms of power consumption, the RF2162 operates on a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It also features an adjustable bias voltage, allowing for optimization of power consumption and performance trade-offs.
