The PMEG3020CPA is a high-performance, low forward voltage drop Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for use in automotive applications, DC/DC converters, and general purpose power supply circuits. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V, a continuous forward current of 3A, and a low forward voltage drop of 0.38V at 3A. This diode is housed in a compact Power-SO8 package, which provides good thermal performance and high power dissipation capabilities. It is also RoHS compliant, making it environmentally friendly.The PMEG3020CPA offers high reliability and efficiency due to its low reverse recovery time and low leakage current. It has a junction temperature of -65°C to +150°C, ensuring stable operation in a wide range of temperature conditions.
