The MPSA10 is a general-purpose, high-performance NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) commonly used in amplification and switching applications. It features a collector current of 500mA, a collector-emitter voltage of 30V, and a power dissipation of 625mW.The transistor is housed in a TO-92 package, making it easy to handle and integrate into various circuit designs. It has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.5V, which ensures efficient switching performance. The MPSA10 also has a high current gain (hfe) of 100 to 300 at a collector current of 100mA, making it suitable for amplification applications.This transistor is characterized by its high reliability and low noise performance, making it ideal for use in audio applications and signal processing.
