Built-in thermal hysteresis prevents output oscillation, ensuring reliable performance in detecting temperature changes. The digital outputs T_OVER and T_OVER assert when the die temperature exceeds the trip temperature, and de-assert when the temperature falls below the trip temperature minus the hysteresis value. This provides a clear indication of temperature thresholds and allows for effective system monitoring
