Designed for versatility and efficiency, the ISO7041DBQR is a multichannel digital isolator that offers ultra-low power consumption for isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Featuring an innovative edge based architecture and an ON-OFF keying modulation scheme, this isolator meets a 3000-V RMS isolation rating per UL1577 while consuming minimal power. With a per channel dynamic current consumption of under 120 µA/Mbps and a per channel static current consumption of 3.5 µA at 3.3 V, the ISO7041 is suitable for use in power and thermal constrained system designs. Operating within a wide voltage range of 1.71 V to 5.5 V, the device is fully functional with different supply voltages on each side of the isolation barrier. Housed in a 16-QSOP package, this four channel isolator offers flexibility and efficiency in design and integration
