The ICE3PCS02G is a high-performance resonant mode power IC (integrated circuit) designed for use in power supply systems. It features an internal 650V CoolMOSTM P7 low voltage MOSFET which allows for high-power efficiency and low standby power consumption. The device also includes a built-in fast startup circuit for quick power-up, as well as an active burst mode for improved light load efficiency.The ICE3PCS02G has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 30V and can deliver an output current of up to 5A. It is designed to work in both isolated and non-isolated power supply applications, making it a versatile solution for a variety of power supply needs. The device also includes a number of protection features, such as input undervoltage lockout, overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
