With a focus on high-performance offline Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), the FSL126HR integrates a Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) and SenseFET while requiring minimal external components. This innovative device features integrated high-voltage power switching regulators, combining an avalanche-rugged SenseFET with a current-mode PWM control block. Its integrated PWM controller is equipped with a range of essential features such as Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, Leading-Edge Blanking (LEB), a frequency generator for EMI attenuation, optimized gate turn-on/turn-off driver, Thermal Shutdown (TSD) protection, and temperature-compensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry. Offering impressive soft-start performance, the FSL126HR surpasses discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solutions by reducing component count, design size, and weight, while simultaneously improving efficiency, productivity, and system reliability. This makes it the optimal platform for the design of cost-effective flyback converters
