These switches boast low on-resistance, conducting equally well in either direction, along with low charge injection and power consumption. They also provide a high level of ESD tolerance, making them robust in various operating conditions. Additionally, the redesigned switches exhibit lower off-leakage current over temperature, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments
