Maxim's enhanced DG441/DG442 analog switches, such as the DG442DY+, present improved on-resistance matching and flatness characteristics for superior performance. With a maximum on-resistance of 4Ω between switches and a guarantee of on-resistance flatness up to 9Ω, these switches offer reliable operation in both directions. Additionally, they boast low charge injection (up to 10pC), minimal power consumption (only 1.65mW), and an ESD tolerance of at least 2000V according to Method 3015.7 standards. The redesign also addresses off-leakage current concerns, ensuring less than 5nA at +85°C
