The AW-NH387L is a single-chip WLAN module designed for low-power applications in the Internet of Things (IoT) market. It is based on the Qualcomm Atheros QCA4010 chipset and supports 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity.This module features an integrated ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller for handling network protocols and application processing, reducing the need for an external host processor. It also includes on-board flash memory for firmware storage and supports secure boot and firmware updates.The AW-NH387L operates on a voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, making it suitable for battery-powered devices. It supports multiple power save modes to optimize energy consumption, extending battery life in IoT devices.In terms of security, the module includes built-in hardware-accelerated encryption engines for AES, WPA, and WPA2 encryption protocols. It also supports secure boot, secure firmware updates, and tamper-resistant key storage.The AW-NH387L is compact in size, measuring just 13mm x 16.3mm x 2.2mm, and is designed for easy integration into a variety of IoT devices.
