Texas Instruments introduces the ADS7828E, an advanced 8-channel, 12-bit ADC designed for high-speed and low-power analog-to-digital conversion in a multitude of applications. Boasting a maximum sampling rate of 200 kSPS, this ADC delivers rapid and precise conversion of multiple analog inputs into digital data. Its flexible input multiplexer offers convenient channel selection, while its wide input voltage range of 0 to Vref ensures compatibility with varying signal levels. Operating on a single 2.7V to 5.25V power supply, the ADS7828E consumes a mere 0.85mW of power at a 200 kSPS sampling rate, making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient designs. With an internal oscillator and reference integrated into the device, external component requirements are minimized, streamlining system development. The ADS7828E communicates with microcontrollers and digital systems through an I2C interface, simplifying connectivity and enabling seamless integration into a wide range of systems
