Designed to meet the demands of modern digital signal processing applications, the ADC081000 combines high-performance capabilities with energy efficiency and reliability. With its 8-bit resolution and sampling rates up to 1.6 GSPS, this analog-to-digital converter delivers precise signal digitization for a wide range of applications. Operating at just 1.4 Watts at 1 GSPS from a single 1.9 Volt supply, the ADC081000 ensures the highest level of accuracy with no missing codes across various temperature conditions. Its advanced folding and interpolating architecture, fully differential comparator design, and internal sample-and-hold amplifier result in a flat response of dynamic parameters beyond Nyquist, providing a high 7.5 ENOB with a 500 MHz input signal and 1 GHz sample rate. Featuring offset binary output formatting and LVDS digital outputs compliant with IEEE 1596.3-1996 standards, this converter includes a 1:2 demultiplexer that reduces the output data rate on each bus to half the sampling rate, offering flexible integration options for diverse systems. In Power Down Mode, the ADC081000 consumes less than 10 mW, making it a cost-effective and efficient solution for demanding applications. With its industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and 128-lead HLQFP package, the ADC081000 is a versatile and reliable choice for high-performance signal processing requirements
