62LV256

The 62LV256 is a 32,768 x 8-bit electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) chip. It operates on a single 5V power supply and has a maximum access time of 250ns. The chip is organized into 4,096 pages, with each page containing 8 bytes. The 62LV256 features a byte-wide data I/O pin for easy interfacing with microcontrollers or other digital systems. It has a write protect pin that can be used to prevent accidental writes to the memory. The chip also has a user-selectable hardware write protect feature that can be used to permanently protect the memory from being written to.The chip supports both byte write and page write operations, with page writes being more efficient as they can write multiple bytes to the memory in a single operation. Additionally, the 62LV256 has a built-in write cycle detection circuit that ensures data integrity during write operations.
